A pre-order sheet will be sent out upon booking for you to return prior to the 9th of November. If you have any dietary requirements, please do let us know. This is not valid in conjunction with any other offers, and vouchers cannot be used in lieu of payment. Drinks include a glass of 175ml Beaujolais; this drink cannot be exchanged for any alternative alcoholic beverages.
All bookings require full prepayment on booking. You will be liable for any damage caused to any part of the hotel premises or equipment. The hotel management will not accept liability in respect to any loss or damage to articles brought into the hotel. Prices are inclusive of VAT. The hotel has the right to refuse admission. The management reserves the right to rearrange any or all bookings for an event. The hotel will make every effort to advise of any cancellations as soon as possible. Full payment taken at time of booking, including a £30 non-refundable non-transferable deposit. If cancelled within 5 days of the event, the full payment will then be held at 100% upon cancellation. The management reserves the right to rearrange events due to a lack of numbers and offer alternative dates. Guests are not permitted to bring their own bottles into the hotel for consumption on the premises. These will be confiscated. Dress code is smart wear, no trainers. Please advise of any dietary or special requirements on booking, and to be confirmed 6 weeks before the event date.
