Our new botanical cocktails have just landed. Perfectly refreshing and designed to be enjoyed in our courtyard this summer.
We're now serving refreshing botanical drinks in our bar and courtyard, from a fruity cocktail to our new gin-fizz. The perfect way to enjoy the beautiful summer weather with friends.
The best cocktails we've ever had!
Designed in-house by our bar team, Petal Peach is a tequila based cocktail accompanied with the sweetness of peach and fresh apple, topped with edible flowers. If you are looking for something more refreshing, Violet Fizz is our newest G&T. Discover flavours of juniper from our Palma Violet base, followed by herbaceous floral notes, topped with mediterranean tonic, prosecco and garnished with edible flowers.
